Some days feel like an archaeological digging site with endless excavations under the sun. But then, some days you find an ancient bone of a dinosaur that just took a nap and think to yourself, "Hey, he's my peer."

It's no secret that the more we do what we do, we feel older and older. It's also the cruel reality of having another day pass by, and then another, and another, while nothing seems to change. Just imagine how it was for the ancient reptile overlords of the Earth - the dinosaurs. These ancient animals ruled the land, the sea, and the sky, and from their perspective, there was nothing new under the sun. Every day is the same; they are still the lizard kings, and nothing changes. Stagnation. Getting older. And then… BAM! A meteor hits the planet, and nothing is the same anymore.

Now, we don't need to wait until another meteor hits Earth to change our routine. People can always change things up, feel young again, energetic and full of life. There's absolutely no need to wait for the looming extinction to decide to live again. The dinosaurs, mighty reptiles that they were, did not take the opportunity. So even if you feel a little extinct inside, just remember - you're not a dinosaur. You still have a chance to spring back up. The meteor hasn't come for you yet.

To remind all of us of this wonderful opportunity we have in life, we gathered some delightful dinosaur memes. We're reminded of these big animals who ruled the Earth like there was no tomorrow, but with a dash of humor - to sprit back into the young and energetic mood some of us are missing. While the Quetzalcoatlus isn't really a dinosaur, it was still an absolute mountain of a creature that existed alongside them. It's actually a type of flying reptile that coexisted with dinosaurs about 72-66 million years ago. While closely related to dinosaurs, pterosaurs evolved separately, distinguishing them from true dinosaurs. We dotted another Quetzalcoatlus meme somewhere further down.
